Everything is wrong. The company constantly hires and fires because sales numbers are terrible due to their rarely being a customer, and when there are customers, their credit is bad, and they can't finance lettuce on a burger. Also many salesmen quit due to terrible pay, lack of customers, managers playing favorites, managers having ego problems. Sales staff can't afford to work there. If you have no bills, don't pay for gas or car insurance, and don't have to pay for food, you might survive on the companies pay scale. The economy is terrible. People rarely have expendable income now, so they don't buy cars as often. But the company still thinks it's the 1980's when everything was booming. They hire young dumb managers who don't know their heads from a whole in the groundm treat the salesman like dirt, are half the age of experience pro salesmen they they are over, they are always threatening salesmen's pay, and changing the pay scales all the time, paying less each time. They try to disguise pay change as a benefit, it's not. It's about sucking dry their own employee's due to the company trying to stay alive while making money, so they feed off their own. THAT'S A FACT. Eventually a man trapped on an island, with no food, will eventually start eating himself. The company only stays alive because money is floated from their owners the Ausbury Group, from their other businesses, in order to pay the bills.
