Pros

Overall, my experience with Q Analysts has been good. I have been onsite at a FANG company (Q Analysts works with several of these) for a little over four years, and have generally enjoyed the experience. The benefits are pretty good for a contract company (employee health coverage on a PPO plan is free, you pay for your spouse and children,) 15 days per year of accrued PTO plus paid holidays for salaried employees (which was nice to have when the company I was working at started adding extra holidays to the calendar.)

Cons

Given the nature of the work and the companies that Q Analysts works with, opportunities for advancement can be limited, especially for more experienced people. I would gladly recommend Q Analysts for junior to mid-level Software QA Engineers, but for SDETs and more senior people you can probably do better elsewhere. I stayed because I enjoyed the work and the people I worked with, but recognized pretty quickly that I had pretty much maxed out the opportunities available to me in this role.
