At first it seemed like it has a lot of promise.
Cons
After working there for a week, you quickly see that they are incredibly unorganized. They offer equity , but the never grow. They gain a customer and lose two right after. The employees they have in Brazil are super nice, but leadership under pays them and takes advantage of their talent knowing they could get away with it. In fact, their whole business model is based around underpaying their staff. The CEO, if you want to call him that is a complete narcissist. He barely works and shows no ability to actual lead this company anywhere. It’s really unfortunate.
