Pyramid Systems fosters community for its employees and builds long term relationships with its clients. My Program Manager and most Project Managers were approachable about business challenges and open to suggestions. The compensation was industry average for government contracting, yet for a smaller company I would say the benefits, free parking, and holiday party were real difference makers. There were opportunities to advance your education and sharpen your IT skills.
