Pros
Room to push yourself. Snacks. HR does their best to make a fun environment but also has a lot of other responsibilities in their plate. Non-management coworkers are amazing, they are very lucky to have these people around considering what they pay. A great place if you’re significant other has a better income than yourself. Great place to get experience, but there will be a lid put on you.
Cons
VERY Male centric. Not many women in management roles. Extremely low pay, cost of living raises are not offered. Coworkers tend to have side jobs and secondary income due to low pay.
