Pros

Strong ownership culture where engineers are trusted to make decisions. Leadership is transparent about business goals and product direction. AI tools are encouraged and integrated into daily workflows. Fully remote environment works very well.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not suit those looking for highly structured processes. Priorities can shift quickly as the company grows.

Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing is good here.

Cons

I will never forget my experience at Push the Envelope for the worst reasons. It is a very disorganized and toxic place of business. The workload was crazy, and there was always more work waiting around the corner. People were expected to keep up no matter how much was already on their plate. That pressure pushed a lot of good employees out the door. The turnover was so high that new faces became a normal part of the week. Additionally, there is a lack of accountability from managers and often times the lower level staff is pointed to for mistakes. Do not work here if you care at all for your mental health.
