Great vision for the company, poor execution - Digital Marketing Push Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, Push has a long standing history of going above and beyond what most companies provide in supporting employees. We have a very comprehensive wellbeing program and have been working with the Stress Management Society for over 10 years to help alleviate the stress of what is undoubtedly a fast moving environment. We are continually reviewing our recruitment and training strategy to ensure we recruit employees who will thrive and grow in a fast paced agency environment. We invest a great deal of time and resource into training to ensure the team has the skills to carry out their responsibilities and are supported in their roles. The last 10 months has been extremely challenging for the whole team (due to the Covid pandemic), however, we have taken your comments on board and will feed this information back to the team, as we are continually looking for ways to improve and support everyone at Push.
