Poor leadership team. Lack of business direction, goal posts constantly change. Terrible communication. No end vision for the product. Over 2 years employment the vision of the business changed almost 6 times, based on the former CEO having no real clear end goal for the business. The current leadership team has been split over the past 3 months, with the CEO being outed by the board, another leaving the business after less than 6 months to set up his own business and one currently in his notice period. They say that problems within a business start at the very top and this has never been more evident than at Push Doctor. A great product with great people that is let down by its "leaders".
