Pros

Find good job opportunities, but not much else. I was a great employee showed up early, put in a lot of effort, and the company kept asking me to come back I did such a good job, but this agency thanks me by not paying me.

Cons

So, I worked 3 different events for push and 4 months later have been paid for NONE. I have had to badger them for months about this. They told me 3 weeks ago they would send out the check and still have received nothing. At this point, I may take this to small claims court. I've been asked to do other jobs, that I am hesitant to take considering they don't pay. While this situation may not be common, not being paid for 2 months is. Not only that, the companies that are paying for you, are paying push way more than the money you're seeing. They take maybe 50% of your pay or more. DO NOT WORK HERE. Extremely unprofessional in how they've handled this.

Pros

Networking,time filler, easy, different experiences

Cons

Pay is not always quick or even two weeks, contact person doesn't tell you everything you need to know, you'll get a ton of redundant text, emails about the same thing and might not get a call back about a question such as payment issues. Fail to tell you setting up an account to receive payments means giving up some of your pay to a third party for processing the payments received for working.
