Pros - Non-Instructional Aide Purpose Built Schools Employee Review

Messy , people trying abuse power they don’t have , school calendar doesn’t align with other schools , pay isn’t much but great if you have other streams of income, job description didn’t not match what duties I actually had once I was hired .
