Pros

Pros??? they might not know what it is...

Cons

so many that it may end up being a book bigger than the constitutional book of india... NO RESPECT for the employees NO TRANSPARENCY AND TRUST NO GROWTH NO TIMELY SALARY PAYMENT HR is a complete waste, purplle can do a better job without an HR NO ACTIVITIES, FACILITIES or any other perks NO INFRASTRUCTURE YOU have to work using your own mobile data internet IF you pay something for the company and expect a refund, forget it! THEY will promise you perks and will never ever give it to you EVEN the customers are never satisfied by their services, all reviews are paid Always the products are either Out of stock or the order is cancelled, no special offers for the employees. Work-Life Balance is a MYTH

Pros

High ownership: Compared to many large companies, you can directly influence business outcomes and see the impact of your work. * Broad exposure: You’ve worked on attribution, campaign analytics, media planning, SQL, stakeholder management, and brand partnerships. That breadth is valuable for your career. * E-commerce experience: E-commerce and retail media are growing areas, and the experience is highly transferable. * Cross-functional learning: Working with category teams, brands, marketing, product, and data teams helps build strong business acumen. * Fast-paced environment: You learn quickly because decisions move faster than in large IT services firms.

Cons

Workload can be intense: Startup and growth-stage companies often require handling multiple priorities simultaneously. * Processes may be less structured: Documentation, reporting, and ownership boundaries can sometimes be unclear. * Compensation may lag larger tech firms: While learning is high, pay growth may not always match top product companies. * Resource constraints: Teams are often lean, so you may end up doing work that would be split across multiple roles elsewhere. * Work-life balance can fluctuate: Month-end reporting, campaign launches, and business reviews can create pressure periods.
