      Pros

      You don’t have to prospect for business. Last year I closed 46 transactions with PB and my wife closed an additional 48 transactions m!!!!

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company

      They shut down, there were no pros.

      They shut down and most of us were financially hurt from PB.
