Pros
I’ve been working here for close to two years now and every week has been an opportunity for new learning, and working with some of the smartest colleagues in both India and the US. Having a business background has provided me the opportunity to work directly with the senior management and middle management both for building the business as well as executing projects. The interactions I have with senior management have been constantly opening up new ways of thinking and a lesson in decision making without too much information. Working on projects of profound importance, and gaining the trust of some very senior client managers are moments that fill me with pride. I feel very lucky to be here and experience such rich work satisfaction.
Cons
None that I can think of really. I’m pumped up here. But some people here put in a lot more effort while others revel in the shade.
