Organization always encourages an employee to explore new technologies. Great place for Work + Fun + Celebrations. Decent appraisals. Employee's efforts are always respected by managers. Flexible work timings. Gives mediclaim policy for employees and parents.
Cons
Only a few managers who help his team in meeting their deadlines. Managers just ask the status and push their teams to work. Organization can be much strong when managers are pretty expertise in their work. It's a big problem in NOT having any PROCESS for their operations. No tracking tools or process that will maintain employee work and achievements that process their appraisal. The manager will ask the employee about the achievements or decide the appraisal based on the employee dependency / the friendship between them. Management gets reviews from managers about the employee. Personal grudge works more with this. Instead, management should also get feedback from their peers and all other teams / managers with whom employee work.
