I've had a number of jobs in retail, and this is one of my better experiences. Staff members are professional but not overly formal. I enjoy the daily interactions with both customers and coworkers. Also, expectations are always clear, which helps me plan and stay organized.

Meeting targets isn't optional in this line of work.

Strong focus on natural ingredients and cruelty-free practices. Coworkers always happy to help. Gets intense but also really interesting during major promotions, product launches, and holiday seasons. Overall, a good environment to learn about skincare and cosmetic products.
