Teams are extremely short handed that when one person is off the team will suffer exponentially whether it’s pushed work or burnout. Also it is not possible for everyone to recover in the US with the unlimited pto plan if we do not have enough coverage because of clients needs being so quick without any delay. But because new business isn’t happening and a lot of our clients are trying to spend less and combining work thinking it will be cheaper(It’s not) more stress will continue to happen to the individuals both involved on the team and running the teams respectively. We will continue to lose “experienced” individuals and be further and further from being functional or relevant. Honestly a good amount of people in Pittsburgh are trying to get out because there are so many problems.
