      Pros

      WFH Option just approved. So we don’t have to report to the office if we don’t want to. Benefits package is pretty good as well.

      Cons

      Hours are not consistent, with Overtime every week. Possibility of weekend work if the job isn’t finished. Pay is subpar, and bonuses used to happen.
