Pros
Flexible scheduling, some departments have supportive management some not so much, travel opportunities, room to learn a lot about a very niche industry, very laid back
Cons
Never finish any projects started to improve company, lots of lies to customers that employees have to keep up with, constant turn over causing major issues and delays in day to day work task, too much family in upper management leaves employees without a safe place to go with issues and questions about pay, little follow through in promises to employees, low performers are not encouraged to do more work is just reallocated to high performers
