Pros
The people across the business are very committed to one another, more so than anywhere I've worked people feel like they are friends and invested in seeing others succeed - which is a good thing too given the ambitious projects I've seen take off in the past year in particular. Regular wellness weeks, training, mental health policy, dedicated CPD time for everyone, social events and hands on CEO mean Pure is a great place to work right now.
Cons
Variety of "extra-curricular" / social events could be broader, there are some people that always get involved and others than nearly never do. Perhaps they can be tempted to other styles of events and opportunities.
