Pros
The opportunity to learn and develop skills continuously while in the business were one of my main reasons for staying as long as I did. Direct management assisted in helping to find time for this which was a massive plus. As most reviews have said, the people in the business really do make the place, recently this has been acknowledged and the development of an internal group of representatives from across the business has been created to deal with the social side of Pure360 (YourVoice). These guys have done an amazing job in the last 6 months or so and really helped develop the sense of a community. The company has had its share of hard times and I think some of the reviews reflect that, but it does seem to of turned a bit of a corner and be looking much more positive in recent times.
Cons
Promotions and pay rises are used to often as a way of comforting an employee or may of had a difficult few months or is thinking of leaving. This sometimes seems to overshadow someone who has been genuinely working hard and putting in that extra effort. There is still a bit of divide between management and employees, some managers barely in the office and almost difficult to ever get hold of.
