Working at Pure Reputation for the last three years has been a very positive experience. The staff is genuinely friendly, collaborative, and creates a supportive atmosphere. A major highlight is the leadership. Simon Leigh is an exceptionally cooperative and approachable boss. He is always open to ideas, provides clear guidance, and fosters a culture where your contributions are valued. This makes coming to work enjoyable and allows you to focus on doing your best.

As with any dynamic digital marketing agency, the workload can be fast-paced to meet client goals. This requires good time management, but the team support makes it manageable.

The pros are that you could get hired on a salary basis or contract basis.

Simon Leigh, the founder of Pure Reputation is a cheat, scammer, unprofessional human, and a complete liar. He hired me to complete various projects. I used to work for him from a remote location. Initially, he was paying project-wise and everything went smoothly. Later he used my project funds to shift himself to another location as committed by him in his emails. Last, of his few projects, he asked me to complete them and informed me that the payment will be made shortly. His outstanding balance with me is approx $2k. Simon was already informed to clear the dues well in time. Now my working from a remote location is taken for granted and he is taking undue advantage of it by not responding. I sent him a warning mail, which contained information about undoing the work which was done by me. He responds to the mail by stating he will pay in parts from the last week of September and we are now on the verge of the last week of October and yet he has not paid me even a single cent. He is not a person of his word. Never work with him or you will be cheated like me. Most of the reviews posted here are self-made. Avoid him and his company as much as you can!
