Pros

Fast paced environment with quick movement through their "management stages" - although i don't know what those are because even if your title changes your are still doing the same job day in and day out.

Cons

You really need to understand what this job is about before you get into it. The interview process itself is very quick and it seems like they will literally hire anyone. If you don't have a car the travel might start to become a hasel for you. The job entails going into the office everyday weekday for about 2 hours. From there you will travel to a store location and spend the entire day there trying to sell products. Be expected to be on your feet from 11am - 7pm sometimes later. The job is 6 days a week (they told me I wouldn't have to work every weekend and that was a lie). You basically stand in a store for hours showing people products and try to get them to buy them. Their whole thing is that they don't sell they just promote the products, but in order for you to get paid you will need to sell a decent amount of product to make any money.

Pros

Hate to admit but my biggest peeve is working in a very dirty workplace. In my previous job, I walked out because the toilet's a mess. Here at PureOctane, the workplace is sparkly clean. Colleagues even go to me for cleaning advice, (as well as pep talk when they slack on their job). Overall, I would recommend this workplace for everyone.

Cons

I think some people don't practice recycling. They should make it mandatory.

Pros

You can make as much as you're willing to put in. They give you all the tools you need to be successful and management is there to support you every step of the way. I've been in sales my entire career and this has by far been the smoothest job I've had. I've already made much more than I expected to do.

Cons

There aren't really any cons. You do have to put in hard work to be successful, but I feel like that's the most jobs.
