      Pros

      Independent work - goals were set for you and you were responsible to execute and out-perform on them. Home networking is a great space to work in - really interesting and tons of growth. People at the company were awesome. Office was beautiful. Company provided free metro bus passes.

      Cons

      Regular startup challenges, like some leadership changes, changes in strategy, etc.
