Pros

I'm having a hard time thinking of any... free shoddy chiropractic care? You get to use his scammy fat laser? That's all I've got.

Cons

At first, I was so excited and bought into his whole "positive life trasformation" spiel. I honestly believed that I was an instrument of change and making peoples' lives better. However, I realized quick that was just an illusion. I wish I had seen the red flags during the ridiculous interview process. You are expected to act as a used car salesman (with all of the ethical implications that entails), are on call literally 24/7 (even on weekends and lunch breaks), and are offered NO vacation, holidays or any benefits whatsoever. You will also be berated if you ask questions or act in the patient's best interest. There is absolutely no training on HIPPA compliance, or even an HR department to turn to. If you enjoy being micromanaged and constantly devalued, this is perfect for you. However, steer clear if you have any ethics, conscience, self respect or independent thought.

Pros

The patients that you will interact with are ready for change. Working here will change the way you see the world, and will give you a desire to be a catalyst for change in people's lives.

Cons

If you need to be micro managed, and have constant instruction than this place probably isn't for you. You must have an integrity about the work you'll do here.
