      Pros

      Great yearly awards party. The CCTV team are extremely helpful in 24/7 gyms.

      Cons

      The company discredits hard work and calls it "doing to much" and only rewards favourites for standard work. The communication from upper managers is very poor and extremely unsupportive. The refurb team in the gyms are rude to gym teams and very unhelpful. There is no room for a life outside of work. Opportunities are taken away from individuals due to not being favourites or best friends with the hiring manager.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
