Working for Pure Grown Diamonds was an absolute pleasure and privilege. My experience there has molded and shaped me greatly for the rest of my future career. The company has come a long way from when I first started a few years back. The company’s structure and direction were a little murky at first but under new management the ship has corrected its course. The people there were always helpful to me and mentored me every day. Management is respectful, open to any and all ideas and close to the ground which is great for understanding the needs of employees. The company is showing exponential growth and its reach to more businesses have expanded 5 times from when I first started. The path PGD leads is one of continuing growth and I hope to be a part of it again someday.

As with any business that’s growing and breaking ground in an existing market share, backlash from opponents of Lab Grown Diamonds can cause some stress due to their ability to make people panic falsely but the company makes up for it with strong resolve and perseverance. Management structure is a little confusing. It can sometimes be hard to know who your direct superior is in regards to certain issues, but management is aware of the issue and is currently working on it.

Sorry but I have nothing good to say about this company. I left the place because management did not listen and didn't care about projects or employees. Company won't promote people with skills. Too much politics. I left voluntarily, so this is not meant to attack. Just want new people to know what they're getting into.

Very unprofessional mom & pop shop. They don't listen to suggestions, won't replace old equipment. Emotionally abusive place, they yell at employees, don't offer support or any help on projects, have too many unskilled people. They hire people with low tech skills who can't do the work. For example there's a female employee who sleeps with managemen, and this is known by many people. Others will read email and stay online all day! Just one guy who knows what to do. Raises are rare. Slim benefits. Area is bad for commuters (route 1).
