Hard work is sometimes rewarded with extra work for others slacking off No real incentive to perform unless to get a different job - many have found a soft spot and have continued in the same position for many years with little to no concern for the job It is not uncommon to find people working simply for the benefits You won't make anything near what you'd make in industry Lots of senior management and few have a clue what work is being done.
