Cons
PRF HR allows predatory management to harm high performing staff. Men who move into higher level positions do so while performing lower than their female counterparts (and at their expense). Do not expect equal treatment if you are a woman or other minority. It's not even the men who are causing this, rather it's the tenured women who maintain formation of the sexist/racist culture.
