Pros

- People on execution/delivery work are fun and close - rare and true chemistry - Clients typically enjoy working with teams - Client work brought decent challenges and felt rewarding to complete - Stepping stone job to greater things - There’s more former PK employees than present (see below) and you can leverage that network for jobs when you move on

Cons

- Favoritism, cronyism, self-absorption wins the day in Zak’s inner circle of favorites - Subculture of privilege, inexperience, lack of empathy - Sales, marketing, CEO lack hands-on experience in the industries they target. Don’t let the fancy titles misdirect, Punchkick's flawed and inbred thinking is all they know, or allow in. - Layoffs

Pros

Punchkick is a place full of love. The business was founded on the idea that people should be able to alchemize creativity, critical thinking, and play alongside friends who feel more like family. There is endless opportunity for growth and learning.

Cons

The only cons I can think of aren't specific to Punchkick—they are specific to agency life. Your mission in an agency, in effect, is to build solutions to your customers' problems. Sometimes their problems are meaningful to you, and other times they aren't.

Pros

Since joining Punchkick, I look forward to going to work EVERY day! I've worked at many places in my career. A few have been great, some have been good and many were simply dreadful. Punchkick is right up there with the best of the best. It has a unique culture. Supportive, hard working, smart, entrepreneurial and creative are some of the adjectives that come to mind to describe Punchkick. The culture is key. Zak and Ryan have a vision for Punchkick and it is about much more than making money. This translates into dedicated employees who are proud of the projects they work on. That in turn translates into happy clients!! There is nothing better than a happy client. Punchkickers enjoy being with each other both at the office and outside of the office. Punchkickers work hard and play hard. Punchkick is a real "community" I've never worked for a company that was so transparent and keeps all staff informed of what is going on with the business.

Cons

Not everybody fits into Punchkick. If you like big, hierarchical companies where you do your job in a corner of the business and like not seeing the big picture, Punchkick isn't for you.
