Pros
Fast hiring process. Did a phone interview on Thursday and had me working a double shift on Saturday, than another on Sunday.
Cons
They call 36hrs a "FT week". If the company they contract you to work for schedules you for more than 40hrs, even if its because of a major manpower shortage, they will let you work but won't pay you for those hours. Also, they won't mention anything until after you've worked them. I'm currently in the process of a case with the department of labor because of this. 20 hours of OT they did not pay me & yes I have proof of all of it.
