Multiple months not getting paid on payday, took days to get paid. Multiple months with no paystubsNo real management or underqualified, often seemed like a free for all with different rules for different people. No transparency. Deducted 401k money without depositing into 401k account. Empty promises of malpractice insurance reimbursement and other required certification costs going on for months.
