No longer have to look at a grown sloppy man with makeup on and painted on caterpillar eyebrows . 3 years of keeping a pull a part journal makes it a pro for blogging.
Cons
Culture in call center is a manager who wants to be friends instead of a leader, someone comfortable sitting at his desk with his shoes off eating fried chicken while gossiping with team leads throwing the B word around. If you have a ounce of ethics or integrity this is not the company to work for, management is all about puppets and yes men. Don't ever dare complain about anyone because you will see the claws come out. Rules are only applicable when it suits managers agenda. HR dept that is scared to follow policy you have to see it to believe it, never worked with weak men before that was also very disturbing. Everyone wants a title way to many chiefs and not enough Indians. People seem to forget this is a family business pull a part only cares about that forget anything else people have done.
