      Pros

      Publicis was great to work for, my team and the wider HR team/s were amazing. Beautiful workplace at Television Centre white city with free breakfast!

      Cons

      low pay - you can find similar jobs for higher pay - but the culture and wonderful team more than made up for it

      Pros

      Company takes pride in fostering team building and support They seem to be very open to inclusive hiring practices without becoming what the media claims DEI to be The intangible benefits (PTO, Parental Leave, etc) are very good

      Cons

      The company is not overly competitive in terms of salary or insurance benefits or bonus. At the end of the day, they are an advertising company and some might have moral hesitation to support some of the clients they have The organization is very large and very disjointed with all of the agencies underneath not communicating with each other very well
