Pros
Great support from current and previous district managers, all upper management is very supportive and wants to see property managers and reliefs succeed. I like the hours very much we always have a start time of 9:30am. Saturdays and Sundays we go home 1 hour early. Team support within my district is fabulous. We all work very well with each other and strive to help each other as often as it's needed. I am a KTP ( key district trainer ) I thoroughly enjoy teaching and training new hires to work to a standard that is higher than whats expected and helping them to succeed. We work alone alot and are given the privilege of our own time management with periodic check-ins from our district manager. Bonus program in place for top performers with an average of 40% of team members benefiting from a yearly bonus. Top performers receive opportunities for special prizes like trips ( for 2 ) and extra bonus $. Better than decent medical and dental with eye care insurance available other benefit program in place is working advantage available to all employees with numerous discounts and coupons with email alerts when discounst in selected grouping is chosen.
Cons
Yearly increases are not good, last year I received the same 4% raise that under performers and average performers received, I am a over achiever. Upward mobility is nonexistent and they will not promote within. 3 holidays a year off Christmas, Thanksgiving and New years day. PTO (paid time off) went from 17 days yearly to 10 days for a total of sick time and vacation time combined,
