Easily the most compelling place I've ever worked - Partner Public Digital Employee Review

I get to work with an extraordinarily talented team on some big and important challenges with real impact. In a consulting role there's a strong chance of being thrown in at the deep end, but I've felt supported and valued since Day 1, and help is always on hand. Flexible working is real - we're trusted to figure out when we need to physically be in the office or on a client site, and the office is nice. Annual leave is generous, and they don't expect crazy long hours (unusual compared to consultancies I've known).

There's work to do on building a more diverse team - in progress, but it needs to turn into results. And it's consulting - sometimes it's quiet but the busy times can get very busy.

PD is a collection of the best of the best in their fields, people with a desire for, and a track record of making a difference. It is a largely flat in structure, and very much geared around impactful work that matters - Over a drive for scale or profit. What struck me most in my first six months - Was the high trust and supportive approach the leadership take to enable the best from it's workforce.

As yet - I haven't found any cons to working at PD. From Onboarding to career development I have been treated extremely well.
