Good product, good people, messy management - Sales Development Representative (SDR) PubNub Employee Review

Management is messy. They keep hiring people that they then ultimately cut because of poor financial planning. They made 3 cuts in 12 months. The first one was unexpected and shook the entire sales team. After the second one, they promised they would do all the calculations necessary to avoid having to cut more people. Then they increased the sales targets to unachievable numbers and then made more cuts. They promised a "soft landing" approach which (at least in the UK) was nothing but what was legally required. The company seems to be pulled in each and every direction, from one product to another to another. Just messy and anxiety inducer.
