PsychSolution's is a for profit healthcare company with a not for profit mentality. Senior management cares more about providing quality services and achieving positive outcomes than about squeezing every dollar of profit out of the operation. Work schedules are flexible, benefits are competitive and compensation is only limited by how hard you want to work and how many clients you are willing to serve.
Cons
PsychSolutions needs to to create more opportunity for team building and creating a sense of belonging. Because so many employees work in the field, there can be a sense of isolation.

Thank you for your feedback!
We will continue to ensure our field staff feel part of a team. We have a great staff and will continue to look for new ways to reward, recognize and build teamwork!
Opportunity to provide services in the least restrictive setting for the client, ability to create your own schedule, free supervision, overall positive company culture in the office. Excellent if you are passionate about social justice issues and are not afraid to work with high-risk, multi-problem clients and families.
Cons
Yes you can create your own schedule, but you will still be working 12 hour days during the school year because say you start at 8:30 for your earliest client, then some schools don't allow therapists in so you can't see x number of clients until they get home, then you have the clients whose parents get home after 6. Scheduling and accommodating clients can be a nightmare and the pressure to make it to 26 hour "service delivery" is debilitating at times. Also, yes supervision is free but it's more focused on administrative tasks as opposed to exploring clinical and process-oriented issues.
