      The benefits are good, yet affordable, The owner rewards based on performace, Treat her employees with respect, I enjoyed working for psychhealth, but I am the head of my household.

      They need to increase the pay scale.

      Pros

      A great environment to provide excellent care coordination for members.

      Cons

      There are a few bad apples that ruin the experience. Unfortunately, the CEO trust their judgement. Her absence is her only weakness and they use this to their advantage.

      They get upset when you use the bathroom. No room for growth.
