Good mentorship program for 6 months

They have a great learning culture. You get a very very good technical base, specifically in the enterprise Java world. The 6 month mentorship is probably the best out there.

The company has the most manipulative set of management ever. Their pay is probably the worst in the industry, and I can almost guarantee that if you wait a little longer and apply to more jobs, you will get a better offer. On top of the low pay and the harsh and manipulative management, you also get the worst contract in the industry that essentially binds you to the company for a total of 4 years, and you have to pay back a sum of money to leave. 4 years is a long time, and you really have to consider if you are ready to make that commitment. The 4 years also means the company doesn't put much effort to be a "good" company, because they know they have you for the next 4 years. There's also some shady stuff with how they do certifications, in that you are forced to do a cert but have to pay back the money if you fail it, and you have to study for the cert after hours in your free time.
