      Decent Health Insurance. Nothing more

      Cons

      - Very low pay, about 40-50% of market salary - 9 hour work days - Insensitivity to the pandemic. Required to work in person despite confirmed case of COVID. - No annual increase - Toxic work culture. CEO displays favoritism to certain departments. - Lying on government forms regarding salary to process visas, endangering employees immigration status. - CEO walks around the building with confirmed case of COVID because the test might be inaccurate - Most management do not speak English well, alienates non-Korean speaking workers
