      Pros

      Love working with the people and seniors! Love doing therapeutic activities and providing company to in need patients.

      Cons

      Lots of stress and the pay is low. It is not worth it. You are always on call. If it paid more, it would be so much more worth the stress! I would have stayed for a few bucks more hourly.

      It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

      Cons

      High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
