Pros

PruittHealth has many programs for growth and advancement. The company is unique in it's approach to post acute care and truly offers a continuum of care for the residents and patients they care for.

Cons

PruittHealth has lots of systems so the onboarding process can be difficult to learn, but once you get it you understand all they have to offer.

Extremely clean and modern facilities, engaging and antentive staff, very competitive pay and benefits.

Have yet to find any.

It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

Cons

High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
