What initially attracted me to the company was its team culture, which was cultivated in a way that made everyone feel valued and empowered to succeed, regardless of individual achievements.
Cons
However, there was a noticeable inconsistency in how the company made agents feel heard. Over time, the focus shifted more towards the business side of operations, and less on the people and the company's mission.
