Pros

Working at Prozo has honestly been quite a journey. Since it’s growing really fast, you automatically get to see and learn a lot about how the whole logistics space works. You’re not just stuck in one thing there’s always something new to pick up, whether it’s ops, tech, or dealing with clients directly. One thing I liked is that you’re given responsibility pretty early, so you don’t feel like just another employee. It has that proper startup vibe things move fast, ideas are always welcomed and you get the space to try things out.

Cons

Company can offer either 05 days working or WFH on alternate saturday’s.

Pros

I have spent the last 4 years at Prozo and the learning and growth has been tremendous. It’s one of the fastest growing companies and provides a great platform for anyone looking to take ownership and work on impactful projects. The culture encourages responsibility, exposure, and quick decision-making. Leadership is approachable and there is a strong focus on execution. In functions like Finance and Programs (MWP), you get great visibility, real-time business understanding, and opportunities to build end-to-end expertise.

Cons

Being a fast-paced startup, the work is demanding and expectations are high. Deliverables and timelines can be challenging, but it’s worth it if you are someone who enjoys ownership and growth.
