Owners are very fair and caring. This is a team environment. No boundaries to learn/grow.

Some weeks there are too many meetings.

Friendly coworkers. Nice easy-going environment for the most part. Enjoyable work.

A very small organization which makes it hard, especially when you want to take time off etc. Could be much more flexible about remote and work from home. Pay is not nearly where it should be for the digital marketing field.
