Pros
Some people are really friendly and professional, you can make friends with some really good people. The agency has a social life team that organises fun events at least 1/ month.
Cons
-work/ life balance is terrible (50-55 h pw at a junior level) -the pay is low (negociate BEFORE coming into the compagny, you will never have another chance), - a lot of pressure on teams - reward is on favouritism, not performance.
