Working there is always fun. The colleagues and projects are amazing.

Management does not know how to run a company and blames the employees for not managing their money properly when they ask to be paid what they are promised.

The coworkers are excellent and caring and want you to be healthy and better yourself. Sadly this is not shared by the owner.

Pay is always late and rarely do you get your proper salary, if it is. There is also promised pensions, travel cost compensation as well as other compensation do not get paid out at all. There are also always projects that do not get enough time to be completed and therefore have to be handed over to the clients in an unfinished state or of poor quality leaving to angry clients, and you take some of the flak for it. Interns also get abused to do anything from Junior to Senior level work and while they are promised a Internship Stipend, they usually end up recieving nothing, or very little the first couple of months and the last few months they recieve nothing and no communication about it either.
