Inexperienced HR, parking can be difficult.

The best reason to work here is probably the snacks and lab people. Incredibly smart and kind people working in the LAB, specifically analytical and MetEng when it was still alive. Other than that, there is no pro to working here.

Quite possibly one of the worst managed companies. The C-level team is more self-absorbed and worried about their own personal agendas than that of the company. Clearly no one has even been in a management position as this company is so poorly ran. You go in constant circles of management wanting things done, yet there is no money to get anything done. Lay-offs happen often, and if happen to stay, you'll be left with not only doing your job but that of your whole team! Peter and Sanaz are the rudest, most imbecile people I have ever come across. In addition, all of management is on a power trip and love to micro-manage. They will preach about everyone returning back on-site but don't take it upon themselves to do the same. Absolute joke of a company.
