Cons
There are two major issues - the work of our company provides little to no value to anyone. The job of the Associate Client Representative is to provide some continuity during the constant turnover of Sales Executives who are compensated much better but rarely stay in their jobs long enough to learn anything. At the end of the day our job is to withstand belittling, micro-management, while pretending to make phone calls to achieve our made up metrics which are absolutely meaningless. The back-stabbing drama of this office is absolutely ridiculous with anyone not 'submitting' being pushed around or out of the company. It really doesn't matter that much because the second issue is that we are just hanging on for a few more months to let our retention bonuses run out. In the interim, we are watching our business be taken over by the latest acquisition (an even cheaper version of us) before the office is finally closed. It really can't happen soon enough.
