Pros

This is an organisation that truly wants to make a difference not only to our working life but, more importantly, the clients we assist. Whether it be education or fixing complex problems that can affect your clients' businesses. I have been in business for over 20 years, and this role enables me to advise and assist those who matter. People who want to be the best at what they do and care for the most vulnerable people in our society

Cons

We expect everyone who joins our organisation to come in with a willingness to learn and adapt. The NDIS landscape is constantly evolving, and to remain effective and relevant, we must continue to grow and respond to these changes. You will be challenged, but that’s part of what drives our success and impact. If you plan to be in cruise mode or phone it in, this is not an organisation for you

Pros

Meaningful work. Every day, I get to support people who are passionate about making a difference in the NDIS space. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide them through the stages of building their own impactful businesses. Strong culture of support. The leadership team is present, values-led, and genuinely committed to seeing you succeed. I’ve always felt backed, not just as a staff member, but as a person. Real personal and professional development. Since starting here, I’ve gained confidence, sharpened my skills, and grown into a more grounded and capable version of myself. Integrity over pressure. This is not a transactional sales environment. The approach is about listening, connecting, and guiding, not convincing, which aligns with my values. Empowerment and autonomy. There’s space to take ownership and bring your full self to the role. You’re trusted to deliver and encouraged to lead.

Cons

Fast paced environment. This role requires focus, agility, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow ups. It may feel intense at times if you're not used to a high responsibility role. Self driven mindset required. You won’t be micromanaged, so being proactive, organised, and self motivated is essential to thrive.

Pros

I’ve worked at Provider+ for some time now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most supportive, ethical, and fulfilling workplaces I’ve ever experienced. The entire team is genuinely passionate about helping people navigate the NDIS system and build meaningful businesses that support participants in need. You feel every day that your work directly contributes to improving people’s lives. Incredible leadership who are deeply invested in staff development and client outcomes. Strong team culture — collaborative, kind, and highly professional. Structured onboarding, continuous training, and extensive support make it easy to succeed. The work is highly meaningful — seeing clients achieve their goals is extremely rewarding. Systems and resources are extremely well organised, making complex processes easier for both staff and clients. Open-door management style — everyone is approachable and willing to listen. Company is constantly innovating and improving services to stay ahead in the NDIS sector.

Cons

Honestly, very few. The pace can be fast at times as we grow, but management is aware and actively supports work-life balance.
